# PTC is limiting requests

You may see **PTC is temporarily unavailable or limiting requests. Wait a little, then retry.**, or a batch stops with **PTC asked for a human check**.

## What it means

Pokémon Trainer Club limits how many sign-ins it accepts in a short time. After a few quick sign-ins it may slow down, refuse for a while, or ask for a human check.

## What to do

1. Wait a while before trying again. A few minutes is often enough; after a human check, wait longer.
2. Sign in to one account by hand in **Accounts** (**⋮** › **Sign in again**) and solve the check if one appears.
3. For batches, keep **Private browser session** on and use a longer **Pause between accounts**.
