# Stopped for safety

> Zenith stopped a run on purpose because something unexpected happened. Your progress is kept.

The run status shows **Stopped for safety** with a reason, for example **Zenith kept restarting during the run** or **Pokémon GO could not restart**.

## What it means

When the game or the phone behaves unexpectedly, Zenith stops instead of guessing. Saved progress is kept.

## What to do

1. Look at the reason in the **Run** tab or the overlay's **Results**.
2. Check the phone: is Pokémon GO open and on the map, and is the connection working?
3. Start the run again.
