# Your first run

> Pick a mode, choose accounts and start it. Then follow along in the overlay.

## 1. Pick a mode

Open the **Modes** tab. Modes are grouped into **Raids**, **Explore**, **Events · Limited-time** and **Accounts**. Tap a mode to open its page.

## 2. Check the settings

The mode page starts with a one-line summary of your settings. Change anything you like; edits save automatically.

- **Reset** in the top bar restores the defaults.
- The **star** icon opens **Presets**: save your settings under a name and load them later (up to 50 per mode).
- **Advanced** sections are folded away. The defaults are a good start.

## 3. Choose accounts

Below the settings is the account list.

- Tap accounts to select them, or use **Select all**. Tag chips and **Search accounts** narrow the list first.
- Chips such as **Failed** and **Incomplete** pick the accounts that didn't finish last time.
- With more than one account selected, **Repeat selected accounts** starts again from the first account after the last one.

## 4. Run

Tap **Run selected**. A sheet titled **Run** with the mode name lists your settings. Tap **Run now**.

Zenith opens Pokémon GO and plays each account in turn. The [overlay](https://pogozenith.com/docs/app/overlay/) shows what it is doing.

## 5. Follow along

- **Pause** / **Resume** holds the run where it is.
- **Next account** (**Skip account** in the overlay) moves on to the next account.
- **Stop** ends the run. Progress so far is kept.

The **Run** tab shows the live status. When nothing is running, it shows the **Last run** with a result for each account.

> [!TIP]
> Changes you make while a mode is running are not used by that run. Change them before you start, or for the next run.
