## Before you ask

1. Look for your message under **Common issues** in the menu, or search the docs with <kbd>/</kbd>.
2. Run **Settings › Support › Environment checks**.

## Reporting a problem

Tell us:

- what you did, and what you expected to happen;
- the message Zenith showed, word for word;
- the app version from **Settings › About**, and the Pokémon GO version from **Environment checks**;
- your phone model, Android version and root manager.

Then attach a diagnostics file: **Settings › Support › Export diagnostics** creates a ZIP and opens the share sheet.
