## Is Zenith free?

Yes, during early access. See [Website account & license](https://pogozenith.com/docs/account/website-account/).

## Do I need a rooted phone?

Yes. Zenith doesn't run without root. See [Supported devices](https://pogozenith.com/docs/getting-started/supported-devices/).

## Which root methods work?

Magisk is supported. KernelSU and APatch are not tested yet.

## Do cloud phones or emulators work?

UgPhone is the supported cloud phone, using its built-in root. Other cloud phones and PC emulators are not supported.

## Does it work on iPhone?

No. Zenith is an Android app.

## Which accounts can I use?

Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) and Google accounts. There is no limit on how many accounts you can add.

## Can Zenith run my main account?

Yes, but carefully. Mark it with **Add main account**: it is then **Protected**, only runs when it is the only account selected, and some modes leave it out.

## Should I update Pokémon GO?

Only once Zenith supports the new version. Keep auto-update off. See [Game version not supported](https://pogozenith.com/docs/common-issues/game-version-not-supported/).

## Is it fast?

Yes. Zenith goes straight from one task to the next, and you can run each mode back to back across every selected account. For raids it skips lobbies that don't meet your rules, so accounts spend their time in battles.

## Where are my accounts and Pokémon stored?

On your phone. Storage exports and webhooks only send what you choose, and exports never contain passwords.

## Can I change settings during a run?

You can, but the run that's going keeps its settings. The change applies to the next run.

## Why was an account skipped?

Common reasons: it needs to [sign in again](https://pogozenith.com/docs/common-issues/sign-in-required/), it reached its [daily limits](https://pogozenith.com/docs/app/settings/#daily-limits), or it already completed the mode, for example a Stamp Rally. The account's result in the **Run** tab says why.

## Can I use Zenith with other automation apps?

Not at the same time. Two tools controlling the game get in each other's way, so stop the other app before you run Zenith.

## How do I move to a new phone?

Make a fresh [backup](https://pogozenith.com/docs/app/backups/), import it on the new phone, and stop using the accounts on the old one.
