Common issues
Storage or bag full
The account has no room for Pokémon or items, or no Poké Balls left.
An account ends with one of these:
- Pokémon storage is full. Free some space before retrying.
- Item Bag is full. Free some space before retrying.
- No Poké Balls available. Restock before retrying.
What it means#
The game won't let the account catch or pick up items, so Zenith moves on to the next account.
What to do#
- Pokémon storage: transfer Pokémon in the game, or turn on Transfer catches in Farming or Pokémon cleanup.
- Item Bag: recycle items, or turn on Auto recycle.
- Poké Balls: spin PokéStops, for example with Farming and Spin PokéStops on.

Account details in the Accounts tab show each account's items and Pokémon against their limits.
