Common issues
Backup import failed
Zenith couldn't import a file. Usually it's the wrong kind of file, or the wrong import button.

| …isn't an Eevx backup | Import backup only takes .eevxbackup files. For a text list of accounts, use Batch enroll. |
| This backup exceeds the 32 MiB import limit | Export fewer accounts per backup file. |
Imported, but accounts need sign-in#
The backup is older than the accounts' last PTC login, so its saved sign-ins no longer work. Sign the accounts in again, or import a fresh backup. See Backups.
