Before you ask#
- Look for your message under Common issues in the menu, or search the docs with /.
- Run Settings › Support › Environment checks.
Reporting a problem#
Tell us:
- what you did, and what you expected to happen;
- the message Zenith showed, word for word;
- the app version from Settings › About, and the Pokémon GO version from Environment checks;
- your phone model, Android version and root manager.
Then attach a diagnostics file: Settings › Support › Export diagnostics creates a ZIP and opens the share sheet.
